Ayam Boxing / Boxing chicken
Ingredients:
- 5pieces of chicken thighs
- Oil for frying
Marinating Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp custard powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tapioca flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
To prepare:
- After cleaning the chicken thighs, cut the bottom of the thigh and make sure its not cut all through the way.
- Marinate the chicken with marinade ingredients for an hour.
- Heat oil and fry chicken until cooked or golden brown. Lift to remove excess oil and serve.
BAHAN-BAHAN:
- 5 ketul peha ayam
- Minyak untuk menggoreng
BAHAN PERAP:
- 1 biji telur
- 1 sudu besar tepung kastard
- 1 1/2 sudu besar tepung gandum
- 1 1/2 sudu besar tepung ubi
- 1 sudu kecil garam
- 1/2 sudu kecil gula
- 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kari
CARA MENYEDIAKAN:
- Setelah peha ayam dibersihkan, potong isi bahagian bawah. Tetapi jangan sampai putus.
- Perapkan ayam dengan bahan perap selama sejam.
- Panaskan minyak dan goreng ayam sehingga masak atau kekuningan. Angkat dan tuskan minyaknya.
