Ingredients:
- A tilapia fish
- 1 large onion - sliced
- 1 inch ginger - sliced
- 2 piece of pepper - sliced
- 1 piece of lime
- Heat the steamer
- Add fidh to steamer, sprinkle all the spices (B)
- Sprinkle the salt and the seasonings. Steam until cooked.
- Squeeze the lime on top of teamed fish before eating.

- 1 ekor ikan talapia
Bahan rempah (B)
- 1 biji bawang besar - dimayang
- 1 inci halia - dihiris
- 2 biji lada besar - dihiris
- 1 biji limau nipis
Caranya
- Panaskan kukusan.
- Masukkan ikan ke dalam loyang,taburkan bahan-bahan B.
- Taburkan juga sedikit garam dan bahan perasa,kukuskan sehingga masak.
- Perahkan asam limau sebelum makan.
